Mirna Lynch, a native New Yorker, has served the PSO in several board cycles as a Board Member, Community Liaison, and active member and chair of multiple committees. She helped launch the PSO Music Scholarship Program and is a proud Virtuoso Society member. Mirna’s background in the arts began in New York City, where she grew up surrounded by music, theater, and history—experiences that shaped her belief in the importance of cultural access for the community. Mirna has held volunteer leadership roles with the Catholic Daughters of America, chaired its Debutante Ball for two consecutive years, and volunteered with Children’s Medical Center Dallas and the philanthropic Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority. Professionally, she worked in clothing design, marketing, and sales before building a successful personal-lines insurance agency, later serving in national leadership roles with several Allstate agent associations. Mirna owns two historic buildings in downtown Plano’s Arts and Historic District and remains active in civic life, including service on the Plano Investment District (PID) Board. She studied Design and Marketing at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and enjoys theater, skiing, boating, RVing, traveling, and the beaches of the Caribbean.
