PLANO SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA CELEBRATES THE SEASON WITH “HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS”

Featuring guest artists Charles Billingsley and The Plano West Senior High School Choir

PLANO, TX: The Plano Symphony Orchestra (PSO) welcomes kids from one to 92 to “Home for the Holidays” with two performances on Saturday, December 21, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the Robinson Fine Arts Center. This year’s holiday concerts will include performances by Christian vocalist, Charles Billingsley and The Plano West Senior High School Choir. With seasonal favorites, the ever-popular audience sing-along, humor, and even a few surprises, these concerts are sure to be memorable holiday experiences that all will enjoy.

“This concert is a favorite every year,” said PSO President and CEO Gregory Patterson. “Hearing our incredible musicians paired with powerful vocals and backed by a huge choir is sure to put the entire family in the holiday spirit.”

Tickets for the concert range in price from $33-$90 with $15 student tickets available in most sections and can be purchased through the Plano Symphony Orchestra Box Office (972-473-7262/planosymphony.org). The Robinson Fine Arts Center is located at 1800 Alma Drive in Plano, Texas. 

From the stages of Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center to numerous events and conferences around the country, Charles Billingsley has been one of Christian music’s most distinctive artists for nearly 30 years. Beginning his career as a lead vocalist for Grammy®-nominated genre giant NewSong, Billingsley has since headlined more than 3,200 concerts, released 24 recordings as a solo artist, and garnered seven #1 Inspirational radio hits. Charles and his wife, Shae, have been married for 28 years and they have two sons, Caleb and Cooper.  

Under the direction of Sarah Council, the award-winning Plano West Senior High School Choir is devoted to cultivating the art of choral music in the lives of its students and in the broader community; teaching techniques of musical expression; and providing a sequential developmental music curriculum that allows each student an opportunity to build musical skills and understanding through a wide variety of quality musical experiences.
