Heather Carlile
Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Educator & Author
Heather Carlile is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, educator, and author who has served individuals and couples in private practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for more than 30 years. She is the founder of a counseling and teaching practice focused on emotional health, relationship stability, and personal development, and she has developed educational programs, workbooks, and public presentations used in both clinical and community settings. Heather also provides professional supervision and consultation for counselors and has produced widely viewed educational content through her publications and online platforms.
Heather holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and is committed to advancing ethical, evidence-based care, professional excellence, and lifelong learning. She has long been an advocate for the arts and their role in strengthening community life. A dedicated supporter and Virtuoso Society co-chair, she is honored to contribute to the mission and cultural leadership of the Plano Symphony Orchestra. She is active in hosting arts gatherings and supporting initiatives that sustain excellence in music and enrich the cultural life of Plano and North Texas.

Executive/Life Coach & Author
Bill has held management positions at Frito Lay, Inc, Coca Cola Enterprises Inc, Ernst & Young and Dr Pepper/Snapple prior to leaving corporate America and starting his own professional coaching practice in Plano. He continues to coach individuals in personal and professional development, authored two books and has a large social media following.
He has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration & Economics from Methodist University in NC, MBA-Finance- Oklahoma City University, OK and MA in Counseling/Psychology from Amberton University, TX.
Bill has frequented the PSO concerts for over 30 years, is a season subscriber and member of The Virtuoso Society. He has a passion for the arts and former French Horn player. He is active in his church, community events and non-profits in Plano and the North Texas area.
