Volunteering
Are you interested in contributing to the arts and cultural life in our community? No prior experience is necessary and all training is provided for anyone who wishes to volunteer for the Plano Symphony Orchestra.
Volunteers are the heart of the Plano Symphony Orchestra. The moment you walk into the Eisemann Center for Performing Arts or St. Andrew United Methodist Church, volunteers are making a difference. You can give as much time as you like, with a multitude of opportunities.
Greet patrons at concerts
Usher at St. Andrew concerts
Provide assistance and refreshments at receptions
Offer assistance in the executive office
Get involved in our annual fundraising Gala or education events
Plano Symphony volunteers are ambassadors to the communities we serve and we hold them in high regard for all they do to promote the rich concert experience our symphony provides. They are critical in our efforts to achieve and maintain the mission of the Plano Symphony Orchestra:
Volunteering for the Plano Symphony Orchestra offers you the opportunity to become more engaged in the Symphony and its service to the community, the chance to interact with our musicians, and most importantly, feeling the satisfaction of personally contributing to the arts.
